Working in the Senior Living industry for almost 7 years now, Jasmine Ridenour has a true passion for Seniors and Senior Living. Starting as an Executive Assistant for Integral Senior Living (ISL), a third party Management Company for Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care Senior Communities. Working her way through the company Jasmine later became the Corporate Services Coordinator and managed all licensing matters for all communities managed by ISL and became part of the key support team from the communities. Jasmine then branched off into finance and became the Junior Financial Analyst for the company working to create and complete yearly budgets for existing communities and proformas for new potential buildings. Finally, Jasmine sought a new direction and transferred to a community in order to become a Director of Sales and Marketing and start her path into the world of operations which has now led her to Executive Director of Vista Village. Jasmine has a bachelors in Healthcare Administration and Management and possess her RCFE Administrator certificate.
Assisted Living Director
Hillary Ginter is the Assisted Living, Director at Vista Village. Moving to San Diego, California in 2010 from Chino Hills, California, Hillary originally went to Mira Costa College for Photography and started photographing weddings in 2012. Hillary then felt the need to change her career and decided to attend nursing school. Graduating as an LVN in February 2014, Hillary found her true passion and declares attending nursing school as the best decision she has ever made. Hillary began her Senior Living career in 2013 as a caregiver in a Memory Care Community, upon obtaining her LVN license she was promoted to Memory Care Manager and soon after was promoted to Memory Care Director. Seeking a new challenge Hillary accepted the opportunity to become Vista Village’s new Assisted Living Director. Hillary continues to advance her education by attending Palomar College to obtain her RN license. Hillary is passionate about senior care and ensures Vista Village provides the highest level of quality care to our residents.
Senior Vibrant Life Director
Ashley Cole is the Senior Vibrant Life Director at Vista Village. Originally from Seattle and then raised in a small town on the Central Coast, Ashley moved to San Diego to attend SDSU. She graduated with honors with a Television, Film and New Media background where she utilized her degree when she worked with the Padres and the Chargers. Ashley found her passion when she was introduced to the hospitality industry and wondered into a “hotel” which was senior living. She fell in love and the rest was history! Ashley continues to look at challenges as opportunities and is an advocate for FUN!
Director of Sales & Marketing
Rick Carson, an expert at sales, marketing and business development, is the Director of Sales and Marketing for Vista Village Senior Living. Prior to his work at Vista Village, Rick was an executive in post-secondary education where he helped institutions improve operational processes and bottom line results. Rick is excited about helping the aging population and using his skills to provide them with a world class experience when they visit with him. Rick has a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Management, a Master’s Degree in Org Leadership and has his RCFE Administrator certificate.
When Rick isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with his wife & two children, surfing, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. If you don’t see Rick in the office, chances are he is either surfing or at the skate park with his kids.
Culinary Services Director
Philip Green is the Culinary Services Director at Vista Village Senior Living. He was born in Dover Delaware he joined the Marine Corp at 18 years of age working in the food service. For 11 years he worked two full time jobs; one within a retirement home and one in a skilled-nursing facility. Philip has achieved his Associate Degree in Food Service Management as well as a completed course for a Food Service Manager’s certification. Philip continues to wow residents every day with his extensive and ever changing menus.
