August – These jeans were made for wearing and that is what we are going to do! Thank you to our generous donors for giving us jeans that allowed us to help someone who is going through tough times. Poetry in your Pocket was a charity event that allowed our residents to inspire others with their uplifting poetry. These pants will be donated to the Women’s Resource Center. Women’s Resource Center (WRC) is dedicated to providing the highest quality supportive services, counseling, shelter and education to North San Diego County women, children and men involved in or threatened by domestic violence or sexual assault. We hope that our poetry can empower these women and children!
